People have no respect for wild animals. Just like the Grizzly Man. Take a look at 1:20 of this video if you don't believe me. See how they snarled and growled? They are WILD!

Remember that guy who was re-releasing lions into the wild after teaching them to hunt? At least he knew that he was in danger! Idiots, I swear!
Shit, even a domesticated can will lash out for unknown reasons. The claws of domesticated cats don't dig as deeply though.
